What's New 2022-23
Our Class Artists continue to create some beautiful artwork demonstrating warm and cool colours, patterns in nature and the importance of bees!

April 2023- April showers bring May Flowers, (we hope). Check out our new spring art!
Throughout February we have spent time learning about contemporary artist Joseph Amedokpo from Togo. His colourful geometric abstract patterns were the inspiration for our bold, colourful artwork. Every class in our school has been learning about a black artist and the hallway is a gallery of artistic excellence.
Check out the Grade 3-4 art: Beautiful Birch trees on watercolour sunsets.
Coding with Beebots: Plan the code to move your Bot: teamwork, trial and error, perseverance!
Geometric Solids skeleton construction, learning all about vertices, edges and faces.
Building Strong and Stable Structures with University of Ottawa Education students.
Falll Colours brighten up the hallway and our playground trees outside.
Indigenous Floral Beading Designs and Colourful oil pastel feathers created in honour of the indigenous children whose lives were lost or changed forever because of Residential Schools.
Getting Dirty in Science: Taking a close look of soil and earthworms in Grade 3
Team Work September 2022
To start off the school year we did a variety of team building activities, to teach us about cooperative learning and to help create a cohesive classroom community. We had a lot of fun, putting all our names together in a class crossword, writing with a cooperative pencil, and building cup pyramids without touching the cups. Go team 3-4!
